Tax Computation Form (Out-of-State Purchases) | Form: | PT-507B | | Instructions: | This form is to be completed by the selling dealer and the taxes are to be calculated and collected from the out-of-state purchaser at the time of the sale. The taxes shall be remitted to the County Tax Commissioner’s Office in which the dealer is located along with this form no later than the last day of the month following the sale. |
