TAXPAYER SERVICES DIVISION

The Taxpayer Services Division was created from the merger of the Income Tax, Taxpayer Accounting, and Sales Tax Divisions. The resulting Division handles inquiries regarding sales and use, motor fuel, business, and individual taxes including refund inquiries and assessment notices.

NOTE: The Georgia Department of Revenue will not mail the partnership instruction booklet, Form IT-711, for tax year 2006. You may view, download, or print the booklet on or after December 31, 2006.
