The business e-File & e-Pay Program is now available for electronic filing and payment of income tax withholding and sales and use taxes. The system also includes an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) feature that allows certain business customers to file returns and make payments using a touch-tone telephone. Additional features will be added in the near future. Business customers who are required to submit tax payments via electronic funds transfer (EFT) must file their returns electronically. Other customers may voluntarily use the e-File and e-Pay program if they have a valid State Taxpayer Identification (STI) number and an active tax-specific account number. Voluntary users may contact the Department of Revenue to request the required PIN, which the Department will mail to the address on record. Click here to access the business e-File & e-Pay System.
Third Party/Bulk Filers
Third party and bulk filers must have an STI number to access this system. If you need to register as a third party or bulk filer, visit http://www.dor.ga.gov/efileepay/BulkFilerApp.pdf to obtain the application. Payroll services and third-party filers can submit returns and payments on behalf of their clients without having their client's Department of Revenue STI and PIN numbers. Therefore, it is not necessary for the client to register in the e-File and e-Pay application. Click here for withholding tax bulk file specifications.
